Bye Bye, Winter Blues!

As the middle of March marks the beginning of Spring, it is time to have a fresh new start to a healthier and happier lifestyle. Say goodbye to Winter Blues and embrace the early days of warmer weather, blossoming flowers, and more skin. That alone should make you SMILE!

1. Smile!
Whether it’s a beautiful sunset or a St. Patrick’s Day celebration, there are many reasons to be happy; it’s Spring, the beginning of the season of Romance. Make sure you show off your radiant smile by adding Luster teeth whitening systems into your daily routine.

2. Confidence is Key
With the Fashion Shows here and in Europe a few weeks behind us, we saw some beautiful- and some bizarre- new Spring fashion trends for 2010. And of course, don’t go outside public without the ultimate accessory- a big beautiful smile. Always remember, confidence is key, and one of the keys to confidence is knowing you look good.

3. Wherever you go, don’t forget your SPF!
Whether you are hitting the beach or going skiing for Spring Break, make sure to wear SPF and protect your skin from harmful rays. While it may seem unnecessary to wear sun protection while skiing, the snow actually acts as a second source of UVA and UVB rays. Sun damage is the number one cause of wrinkles.

4. Goodbye, Winter!
March 20th marks the first day of Spring and you know what that means- warmer days to come! Shed those thick layers and bring out your warm-weather clothes. Do yourself a favor and store all your winter clothes under your bed or in a separate space so when winter rolls around again you will be readily prepared!

5. March Madness
Don’t let the March Madness get you stressed! Whether or not it’s the hype of a basketball tournament, there will always be times when chaos and anxiety seem to overwhelm you. Try small adjustments like getting an extra hour of sleep, diversify your exercise routine, or listen to soothing music to reduce your stress. March Madness should be fun!
